To sice ano, kdy\u017e se ale siln\u011b nemocn\u00ed. A t\u0159eba m\u00e1te n\u011bjakou silnou ang\u00ednu, tak v\u00e1m daj\u00ed antibiotika. Tohle v\u00e1m sice ang\u00ednu samoz\u0159ejm\u011b vyl\u00e9\u010d\u00ed, ale va\u0161e zdrav\u00ed a imunitu v\u00e1m to zase po\u0161kod\u00ed. Tak\u017ee j\u00e1 jsem si \u0159ekla, \u017ee budu br\u00e1t rad\u0161i n\u011bjak\u00e9 potravinov\u00e9 dopl\u0148ky, jako t\u0159eba vitam\u00edn\u00a0D\u00a0i\u00a0D\u00a0a \u017eelezo a budu taky j\u00edst v\u00edce ovoce a zeleniny, proto\u017ee hodn\u011b ovoce a zeleniny a taky vl\u00e1kniny va\u0161emu zdrav\u00ed jenom prosp\u00edvaj\u00ed, tak\u017ee se nemus\u00edte b\u00e1t, \u017ee byste pak t\u0159eba byli velice \u010dasto nemocn\u00ed.A ke zdrav\u00ed taky pom\u00e1h\u00e1 zdrav\u00fd pohyb a ta zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e1 pestr\u00e1 a pravideln\u00e1 strava. J\u00e1 u\u017e jsem se taky pou\u010dila. J\u00e1 jsem si v\u0161echno uv\u011bdomila a taky chod\u00edm pravideln\u011b na preventivn\u00ed prohl\u00eddky.
